Wedding Travel FAQ
1. PASSPORTS are required & must be valid 6 months past travel
2. RATES are "PER PERSON" .... NOT "Per Night"!
3. DEPOSIT is just $50 per person to secure your room. All deposits are non-refundable without the insurance.
4. REMAINING BALANCE is due before 120 days before your travel dates.
5. ALL-INCLUSIVE - rates include transfers, all snacks/meals/drinks (even alcoholic drinks!), taxes & dining gratuities.
6. TRAVEL INSURANCE is optional but HIGHLY recommended
7. SHARED TRANSFERS (6-8 passenger vans) are included in your package. You can opt to purchase private transfers for additional cost if desired.
8. FLIGHTS are typically less expensive if purchased directly from the airline. The airport code forThe Gustavo Diaz Ordaz International Airport in Puerto Vallarta PVR. We are happy to advise you regarding the least expensive option for flights.

Coverage can be added for everyone traveling in the reservation or as needed individually. All-in-One Travel Protection may only be added within 7 days of your initial deposit, provided you have not yet made final payment. Kids 2-17 are half price and infants are covered under parents' policies when all adults buy full coverage. Prices subject to change until purchased.

Until the room deposit is received you do NOT have a room reservation. This will protect your reservation for the limited number of rooms that are reserved for your wedding group.
Airfare can be added later without a problem based on airfare availability. If you have points or any other travel rewards programs you can book your own airline ticket, just send me your booking information so I can arrange your transfers to and from hotel.
Be sure to use the comment form to give me any special instructions. If you are sharing a room with someone and you are each going to pay separately put the email address and phone number in the Credit Card Authorization form. I also accept monthly payments for the room reservations. Just let me know about it when you send Credit Card form.
