Group Benefits

We are holding a small amount of rooms currently, so please send for a deposit as soon as possible! Additional Rooms will be added as needed.

Insurance is available to cover both the resort and your airfare. ASK Lana Rose for DETAILS. Any reservations without insurance are subject to 100% cancellation penalties immediately.
A very special price has been set for the guests The rooms are limited so make you reservations soon to be guaranteed that you are in this group of rooms. Also, this is not a very large resort and it does sell out in May. May is very popular time to travel.
Wedding Travel FAQ
1. PASSPORTS are required & must be valid 6 months past travel
2. RATES are "PER PERSON" .... NOT "Per Night"!
3. DEPOSIT is just $50 per person to secure your room. All deposits are non-refundable without the insurance.
4. REMAINING BALANCE is due before 01/5/2019.
5. ALL-INCLUSIVE - rates include transfers, all snacks/meals/drinks (even alcoholic drinks!), taxes & dining gratuities.
6. TRAVEL INSURANCE is optional but HIGHLY recommended
7. SHARED TRANSFERS (6-8 passenger vans) are included in your package. You can opt to purchase private transfers for additional cost if desired.
8. FLIGHTS are typically less expensive if purchased directly from the airline. The airport code for Montego Bay, Jamaica MBJ. We are happy to advise you regarding the least expensive option for flights.

Make sure to include in the Request details:
1. Number of nights and your arrival date you want to stay at the resort.
2. Your legal name and your travel companions who is sharing room with you.
3. Please include children age and day of travel if any traveling with you.
4. Include your contact information and best time to reach you.
5. Room type you want to stay in.
If you know what you want and ready to leave a deposit $50.00 per persons - please fill out credit card form and make sure to include your request details. We are holding a small amount of rooms currently, so please send for a deposit as soon as possible!

Until the room deposit is received you do NOT have a room reservation. This will protect your reservation for the limited number of rooms that are reserved for your wedding group.
Airfare can be added later without a problem based on airfare availability. If you have points or any other travel rewards programs you can book your own airline ticket, just send me your booking information so I can arrange your transfers to and from hotel.
Be sure to use the comment form to give me any special instructions. If you are sharing a room with someone and you are each going to pay separately put the email address and phone number in the Credit Card Authorization form. I also accept monthly payments for the room reservations. Just let me know about it when you send Credit Card form.
Airfare reservations MUST be PAID IN FULL at the time of quote acceptance.
