If everyone books with Lana, the wedding group will receive several benefits - room upgrades upgraded transfers, free private events and more. We need curtain amount of bookings to qualify for room upgrades, transfer upgrades, free private events, and other special offers.

Insurance is available to cover both the resort and your airfare. ASK Lana Rose for DETAILS. Any reservations without insurance are subject to 100% cancellation penalties immediately.
A very special price has been set for the guests The rooms are limited so make you reservations soon to be guaranteed that you are in this group of rooms. Also, this is not a very large resort and it does sell out in March. March is very popular time to travel.

1. PASSPORTS are required & must be valid 6 months past travel
2. RATES are "PER PERSON" .... NOT "Per Night"!
3. DEPOSIT is just $50 per person to secure your room. All deposits are non-refundable without the insurance.
4. REMAINING BALANCE is due before 02/10/2017.
5. ALL-INCLUSIVE - rates include transfers, all snacks/meals/drinks (even alcoholic drinks!), taxes & dining gratuities.
6. TRAVEL INSURANCE is optional but HIGHLY recommended
7. SHARED TRANSFERS (6-8 passenger vans) are included in your package. You can opt to purchase private transfers for additional cost if desired.
8. FLIGHTS are typically less expensive if purchased directly from the airline. The airport code for Cancun/ Rivera Maya area is CUN . We are happy to advise you regarding the least expensive option for flights.

Until the room deposit is received you do NOT have a room reservation. This will protect your reservation for the limited number of rooms that are reserved for your wedding group.
Airfare can be added later without a problem based on airfare availability. If you have points or any other travel rewards programs you can book your own airline ticket, just send me your booking information so I can arrange your transfers to and from hotel.
Be sure to use the comment form to give me any special instructions. If you are sharing a room with someone and you are each going to pay separately put the email address and phone number in the Credit Card Authorization form. I also accept monthly payments for the room reservations. Just let me know about it when you send Credit Card form.
